OHMALLOY’s nichrome and fecral wire are mainly used for heating element. All kind of heating element with the tempeataure from 50 ℃ to 1500℃. The normal grade of resistance heating material include NiCr80/20, NiCr70/30, OCr23Al5, OCr25Al5, OCr21Al6Nb and OCr27Al7Mo2.
The diameter of the heating wire can be from 0.2mm to 8mm.
The normal diameter for making the heating coil is 0.25mm to 1.2mm and the power can be from 300W to 3000W.
The big size NiCr wire such as 4mm, 5mm, 5.5mm, 6mm,8mm also are suitable for making bayonets. The heating temperature can reach up to 1150 ℃.
